3.8 Payroll Deductions

The University allows for payroll deductions from the wages and salaries paid to employees for benefits premiums, voluntary contributions and dues to the extent allowed by law.

Payroll deductions will be made at least monthly and be remitted to the appropriate recipient as specified by the employee. Payroll deductions will only be made when the number of requesting/ participating employees is equal to or greater than 50 for a single recipient.
