3.1 Group Health and Dental Insurance

The University offers a choice of group health and dental insurance plans to Eligible Employees and their Eligible Dependents. The cost of this program is shared by you and the University. Eligibility for participation in the USA Health & Dental Plan (the Plan) is based solely on hours of service, which includes all employees credited with 20 hours of service per week or 87 hours of service per month on average.
