The SouthFit Program is comprised of Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training, Fitness Certifications and Workshops, and Education. Our goal is to provide a variety of services to help our members reach their health & fitness goals.
Group Fitness Classes
Our classes focus on all components of fitness including cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and neuromotor skills. Our certified instructors will lead you in fun and effective workouts.
Special Events and Classes
Find our special events each semester such as free fitness assessments, Yoga in the Garden, and more.
Certifications and Workshops
We host nationally-recognized fitness certifications and continuing education workshops each semester for both aspiring and established group fitness instructors and personal trainers.
