Participant Pool
The Department of Psychology has established a Participant Pool for use of faculty, graduate students, and advanced undergraduate students who are conducting research. The purpose of the subject pool is to provide a ready supply of subjects for these researchers.
The faculty of the Department of Psychology has determined that an important component of the General Psychology (PSY 120) survey course is the exposure of students to research in psychology. One way to satisfy this research requirement will be for students to be directly exposed to ongoing research projects by participating in approved psychological research projects via the Psychology Department Subject Pool.
Information is provided below for researchers, instructors, and students who wish to use the participant pool in conducting research or in satisfying the General Psychology research requirement.
