How to Complete CITI GCP Training
Step 1
Navigate to the CITI website and select Register in the upper-right corner:

You must affiliate with USA during this step. Type “University of South Alabama” into the provided search bar and select our institution:
Step 3
Click to check the Terms of Service/Privacy Policy and the Affirmation boxes. Then select the Create a CITI Program account button that appears:
Step 4
Enter the required information.
Note: You must use your South-affiliated email address during this step.
Complete the remaining steps and select Finalize Registration then complete the required USA affiliation information.
Step 5
To browse courses offered at USA, select View Courses:
Then select Add a Course at the bottom of the screen:
Step 6
Select Good Clinical Practice within the provided list and click Next:
Step 7
Select the first option and click Next:
Step 8
This course will now be added to your Active Courses list in CITI. Once finished, be sure to save your completed training certificate to your computer.
