Reporting Animal Welfare Concerns

The responsible use of animals is an essential part of the research, education, and service missions of the University of South Alabama. The University community ensures these animals are used and cared for humanely. Suppose you observe or are informed about inhumane or inappropriate care or use of an animal at the University. In that case, you should report the problem to the University so that action can be taken.

You may address your concerns to one of the following persons:

Although it is preferred that those reporting problems identify themselves, it is not necessary. Anonymous reports are investigated.
