| CLOSED SCHEDULING PERIOD (Maintenance Access Removed by 9:00 a.m.) ALL changes and additions to rooms will require the submission of Schedule Maintenance Forms to the Registrar’s Office. The Registrar’s Office will be responsible for alerting each department of room conflicts, while coordinating with those departments to resolve those conflicts. |
