This form must be completed at least 14 days prior to event
 
NOTICE:  The charge for event officers will be $45 per hour and
$14 per hour for Auxiliary personnel.

The charge for Event Officers is $45 per hour/per officer, WITH A 3 HOUR MINIMUM, and $14 an hour for auxiliary personnel. 

5K RUNS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF SIX POLICE OFFICERS AND TEN AUXILIARY PERSONNEL.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT IS SCHEDULED TO BEGIN OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR 3 HOURS PER OFFICER SCHEDULED.
