Academic Year 2025-2026 Assignment Timeline

  • Housing Contract Deadline: February 10, 2025
  • RoomSync Roommate Matching Deadline: February 1, 2025
  • Priority Room Selection event opens on MyUSAHousing: February 25–28, 2025

All transfer, upperclassmen and graduate students who complete their Housing contract by February 10 will be eligible to participate in Priority Room Selection. Room selection priority is based on the completed date of the AY 2025-2026 Housing contract. 

Students will receive details by email to their JagMail.

▼   What if I complete by Housing contract AFTER the February 10 deadline?
All transfer, upperclassmen and graduate students who complete the Housing contract after February 10 will receive details on how to select their preferred room on a later date. This information will be emailed to student JagMail accounts from USA Housing.
