Each month focuses on a new theme to help you explore campus, boost your wellness, and stay grounded even when things get hectic. You have options and we want to see you use them. Collect points for all aspects of wellness!

You can participate in multiple ways: 

Part 1: Semester Long Check-In Challenge - Earn 1 point per visit to the SRC from September 2nd to December 5th.

Part 2: Team Fitness Challenges - Earn additional points by participating in our team step challenges or any other team challenges throughout the semester. (Points dependent on placement of team at the conclusion of the challenges).

Part 3: Individual Fitness Challenges - Earn additional points by participating in any of our individual fitness challenges throughout the semester. (Points dependent on placement at the conclusion of the challenges).
