Dr. Philip Carr

Dr. Philip Carr
Dr. Carr is the Chief Calvin McGhee Endowed Professor of Native American Studies and professor of Anthropology. His research interests include archeology, Native peoples of the southeastern United States, and museum studies. He is currently working close with the Poarch Band of Creek Indians regarding ancestry and public archaeology. He teaches a range of courses including Native  American Cultures.
