Workshops

Who May Attend:

Any public school teacher, administrator, or school board member may attend any of the professional development sessions free of charge. However, if otherwise indicated, participants may have to purchase materials for some sessions.

 

Registration/Attendance: 

Registration for all sessions will be through Powerschool.  If you register for a session and are unable to attend, please call (251) 380-2741). If you decide to attend a workshop for which you have not registered please call in advance to ensure adequate seating, (251) 380-2741. Sessions that accommodate a limited number of participants will be filled on a first –come, first-served basis.

Confirmations: 

The only registration confirmation that will be sent via email from Powerschool. Therefore, participants are encouraged to ensure that the information in their Powerschool user profile is current.

Cancellation of Workshops: 

If there is an insufficient number of registrations five days prior to a workshop, it will be canceled. Registrants will be notified.

Certificates: 

With the implementation of Powerschool certificates are no longer necessary.  Powerschool will provide your complete professional development transcript.
