Electrical engineering senior Zack Peavy of Citronelle, mechanical engineering senior Kiante Evers of Gulfport, Miss., and computer engineering senior Ariel Pickett of Montgomery are adjusting the vertical travel distance of the robot head for a space station that will be used to grow crops in space. Assisting the students is Dr. Sam Russ, associate professor of electrical and computer engineering at the University of South Alabama.
