USA hosts numerous special events, lectures, symposiums, community outreach programs, arts performances and other events. Publicity helps drive attendance and create awareness about the quality of programs and events at the University. As you plan your event or program, the resources on this site can help you effectively promote your event to the University and external community. For assistance with event planning and logistics, please contact the Office of Special Events.
Please read the Event Marketing 101 section of this site first. It contains information on how you can promote your own event.
If you need additional design or marketing assistance beyond the “do-it-yourself” items listed under Event Promotion 101, please consult the Marketing Services section of this site. For assistance from the Office of Marketing and Communications, please allow at least six weeks lead time.
To order invitations, print materials or merchandise for your event, please consult the Publication Services section of this site. Please plan to develop materials at least 6-8 weeks in advance of your event.
