How do I access Canvas?
You can login to Canvas by navigating to usaonline.southalabama.edu and entering your JagNet (JagMail) credentials. Mobile App's are also available here (iOS App Store) and (Google Play Store)
How do I access Canvas Help?
Canvas Support is available 24/7/365 through telephone support: (385) 501-6525. Live chat support is available from the Help menu which can be found once you are logged into Canvas. The help menu can be accessed from the global navigation bar in your Canvas course (left-hand side).
I just registered for a course, how long will it be before I see it in my course list?
Canvas enrollments are updated every four hours based on the course roster from PAWS.
I just withdrew from a course, how long will it be before it disappears from my course list?
