Course Fee Proposals
To request a course fee change to a course (adding, removing, or modifying an existing fee), search and select the course from the Course Inventory Management screen and then choose “Edit Course”.
Select “Fee Change only” from the Change Type at the top of the edit course screen to add, remove, or change an existing course fee. This will cause your proposal to be routed to the Course Fee Approval Committee.
Note that a course must be approved before a new course fee can be added to it. Complete the Fees section of the form for the course, including the FOAPAL account number for the fee fund and upload an itemized budget showing how the fee would be used to cover course expenses.
